About The Role
Flannels is seeking a Casual Sales Assistant to join its luxury retail team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will help deliver a premium shopping experience, provide expert product advice, and maintain the high standards expected within one of the UK’s leading luxury fashion retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with professionalism and confidence
- Understand customer needs through effective questioning
- Recommend suitable products and provide styling guidance
- Promote current collections, offers and loyalty benefits
- Process cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
- Support stock replenishment and shop floor readiness
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Suggest additional and alternative products where appropriate
- Follow all company policies and procedures
