About The Role
As a Home Delivery Driver, you will deliver customers’ shopping safely and on time, representing Iceland and providing a positive customer experience. You will also help with store duties when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Load the delivery van safely, following manual handling procedures.
- Drive safely and follow road safety requirements.
- Carry out vehicle checks.
- Ensure groceries arrive in good condition.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Help with store duties when required.
- Work independently and manage delivery schedules efficiently.
- Meet deadlines and maintain reliable service.
Requirements
- Full driving licence held for at least three years.
- No more than six penalty points on your driving licence.
- Positive, friendly attitude and good customer service skills.
- Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong awareness of road safety.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts between 6am and 11pm.
