About The Role
Mango is looking for a Multifunctional Sales Associate to join its team at Eldon Square Shopping Centre in Newcastle. The successful candidate will help deliver an excellent customer experience, support sales growth and maintain the brand’s high standards of customer service and store presentation.
The role combines customer service, sales, cashier duties and stockroom support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers enjoy a positive shopping experience.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Support store sales by promoting products and using product knowledge effectively.
- Process payments, returns and exchanges accurately.
- Handle cash responsibly and help balance the till.
- Receive, organise and replenish stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure products are available on the sales floor.
- Keep the store well-presented and maintain Mango’s service standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support store performance and customer satisfaction.
