Twenty Twenty Bars Limited is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Chef to join its culinary team in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The company operates vibrant hospitality venues known for exceptional food and drinks, including its popular 20-inch pizzas, signature cocktails and lively brunch experiences.

The successful candidate will help prepare and serve high-quality pizzas while maintaining excellent food safety and kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough, toppings and sauces with precision and consistency.
• Cook pizzas using commercial ovens, ensuring excellent texture and flavour.
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen.
• Assist with preparing other menu items when required.
• Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process.
• Follow food safety procedures and handle ingredients safely.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient kitchen operations and excellent customer service.

Essential Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in food preparation, cooking or a restaurant kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques and general food preparation.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for cooking and delivering quality food.
