About The Role
Memory Lane Care Homes is looking for a dedicated and reliable Domestic to help maintain clean, tidy and hygienic surroundings.
The successful candidate will need good attention to detail, a commitment to high cleaning standards and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitise designated areas.
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and store them correctly.
- Report maintenance issues and potential safety hazards.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules.
- Assist with special cleaning projects, including deep cleans.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Skills And Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and task prioritisation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- English language skills are preferred.
