About The Role
Marks & Spencer is recruiting a Christmas Customer Assistant to join its Food team at the Hartlepool Simply Food store.
The successful candidate will help deliver excellent customer service, support sales and ensure customers can find the products they need during the busy Christmas period.
This is a fast-paced retail role requiring flexibility, teamwork and a positive approach to helping customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
- Recommend and sell M&S food products.
- Replenish shelves and help keep products available.
- Support customers and respond to their needs.
- Work across different areas of the store when required.
- Use in-store digital devices and tools to support the customer experience.
- Work effectively with colleagues during busy periods.
Working Pattern
- Sunday: 10:00am–2:00pm
- Tuesday: 7:00am–11:00am
- Friday: 6:00pm–10:00pm
- Saturday: 4:00pm–10:00pm
Successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13 and 20 December due to operational requirements.
