Working Pattern:
- Sunday: 11:00am–3:00pm
- Tuesday: 1:00pm–5:00pm
- Wednesday: 12:00pm–4:00pm
Successful applicants may be asked to work full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13 and 20 December due to operational requirements.
About The Role
Marks & Spencer is recruiting a Christmas Customer Assistant for its Fashion, Home & Beauty department in Newcastle. You will help customers find fashionable products, provide style advice and deliver excellent customer service during the busy Christmas period.
The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced retail environment, takes pride in presentation and works well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Help customers discover and choose fashion, home and beauty products.
- Provide friendly customer service and style advice.
- Support sales and promote the latest products.
- Use digital tools, including the Sparks app and in-store devices, to assist customers.
- Maintain high store standards while working efficiently and accurately.
- Adapt to changing priorities and support colleagues across the store.
