Fundraiser opened for Melissa Eastick who died in Grangetown suspected murder

A Fundraiser has been opened in support of the family of Melissa Eastick, 36, who was killed in Grangetown on Tuesday morning

At 7.30am on October 17th, police were called following a report of concern for a welfare of a woman. Melissa unfortunately passed away having received injuries described as assault, in what has since been declared a murder investigation.

Two men, aged 38 and 40, were arrested on suspicion of murder but have been subsequently bailed.

Described as a: “loving caring soul who shall be greatly missed by all”, her family are appealing to help to cover the costs of her funeral and have set up a GoFundMe.
