JOB: Care Assistant – Night Shift

Working Hours: 33 Hours Per Week

HC-One is recruiting a compassionate and committed Care Assistant to join the team at Redesdale Court in North Shields.
The successful candidate will help residents maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life, supporting their physical, emotional and social wellbeing under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing and hygiene.
- Support residents with meals and everyday activities.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents.
- Help residents with limited mobility and support their individual needs.
- Deliver compassionate care, including end-of-life support where required.
- Recognise and report concerns relating to abuse, harm or neglect.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and complete relevant training.
- Use digital care-planning systems and be willing to learn new technology.
