Key Responsibilities

• Support the client to follow structured daily routines.
• Encourage participation in social, leisure, and community activities.
• Accompany the client to football matches and other sporting events.
• Support attendance at gym sessions and fitness activities.
• Assist the client in maintaining social relationships with friends and family.
• Encourage participation in voluntary work and community involvement.
• Provide prompts and support with personal care where required.
• Assist with household management tasks.
• Follow recommendations provided by the client’s personal trainer.
• Promote independence and confidence in daily living activities.
• Support the client both at home and within the local community.
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans and support guidance.
