Overview
Part-time Store to Home Picker role at B&Q Washington on a 3-month fixed-term contract. Supporting click & collect and home delivery services while delivering excellent customer service both in-store and remotely.
Hours
- 20 hours per week
- Fixed-term (3 months)
- Shifts between 7:00am – 10:00pm
- Includes weekends and bank holidays

Role Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer orders for click & collect and delivery
- Support customers on the shop floor and over the phone
- Ensure orders are completed efficiently and safely
- Handle a variety of products (including heavy items)
- Work to timed collection and delivery targets
Ideal Candidate
- Friendly and confident communicator
- Organised with good time management
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Flexible and able to work varied shifts
- Willing to learn new systems and processes
