Role Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Warranty Administration team
- Build relationships with manufacturers to improve claim success
- Ensure claims are processed accurately and on time
- Develop and implement warranty procedures
- Train service staff on warranty processes
- Resolve complex or aged claims
- Support profitability and service performance
