CB Window Cleaning is looking for a motivated, reliable and hardworking Window Cleaner/Driver to join its team in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The role combines driving between customer locations with cleaning residential and commercial windows. The successful applicant will help maintain high cleaning standards, provide excellent customer service and ensure equipment and vehicles are kept in good condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive safely between job locations, following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Clean windows using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions.
• Use both traditional window-cleaning methods and the reach-and-wash system.
• Communicate professionally with customers and understand their requirements.
• Inspect windows for damage and report any issues to supervisors.
• Keep cleaning equipment and the vehicle interior clean and organised.
• Follow safe working procedures when driving and carrying out cleaning tasks.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate job records.

Essential Requirements:

• A valid driving licence and a clean driving record.
• Previous window-cleaning or similar maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with traditional window cleaning and the reach-and-wash system.
• Good English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical fitness for standing, bending and reaching during cleaning work.
