Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general cleaning in clients’ homes
- Maintain high cleaning standards
- Provide excellent customer service
- Clean the same homes on a regular basis
- Occasionally cover colleagues’ workload during holidays
Working Pattern
- Part-time
- Monday to Friday
- Between 8am and 5pm
- No weekend or bank holiday working
- Typically 12–20 hours per week
- Overtime available
Requirements
- Friendly and customer-focused
- Strong attention to detail
- Enjoy cleaning
- Full UK driving licence required
- Own car and valid insurance required
- Able to reliably commute or relocate to Gateshead
- Enhanced DBS check required
About The Role
Community Assistance is recruiting a Cleaner to join its family-run business in Gateshead. The successful candidate will provide general cleaning services in clients’ homes, maintain high cleaning standards and build positive relationships with customers. The role offers a minimum 4-hour contract with overtime opportunities and regular weekday working.
