Role Overview
- Bar / Restaurant Supervisor role at Cork & Coffee in Seaham

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations and ensure efficient service
- Supervise and train bar staff, supporting a positive team environment
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation and service
- Monitor inventory levels and place stock orders when needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the bar area
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
- Keep records of sales, expenses and operational performance
Requirements
- Experience in a similar hospitality or restaurant role
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with barista duties
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
