About The Role
H. Samuel is looking for an Assistant Manager to join its Sunderland store. The successful candidate will support the Store Manager in driving sales, leading the team and delivering outstanding customer service while helping customers celebrate life’s special moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets
- Lead and inspire a customer-first retail team
- Coach and develop team members
- Promote a positive sales culture throughout the store
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage store operations when the Store Manager is absent
- Organise workloads and priorities effectively
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Act as a role model for selling and service standards

- Previous retail Assistant Manager or Store Management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
