About The Role
McDonald’s is recruiting a Crew Member to join its team at the Wessington Way restaurant in Sunderland. The successful candidate will help deliver outstanding customer service while supporting food preparation, restaurant operations and maintaining high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food to company standards
- Serve customers quickly and accurately
- Operate tills and assist with customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Support customers in dining areas
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
- Complete tasks in line with company training and guidelines
- Work as part of a supportive team environment
