Halfords is recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join its Sunderland team.
The successful candidate will carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and undertake vehicle maintenance and repair work, helping ensure vehicles remain safe on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards.
- Complete routine vehicle servicing and maintenance.
- Undertake vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Help deliver a positive customer experience.
Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Valid MOT Testing Licence.
- Full driving licence with no more than nine points.
