HAMPAK, a family-run business specialising in timber pallet manufacturing, repair and recovery, is recruiting permanent Pallet Repairers/Pallet Manufacturers at its Aycliffe site. This is an opportunity for reliable, hands-on workers to join the team, sorting and repairing pallets and manufacturing new timber pallets.

About The Role
The successful candidates will help with the repair and manufacture of timber pallets, ensuring work is completed efficiently and production targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Sorting timber pallets.
- Repairing damaged pallets.
- Manufacturing new timber pallets.
- Meeting required production targets.
- Maintaining a productive and organised working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience is advantageous but not essential.
- A practical, hands-on approach to work.
- Reliability and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work towards production targets.
Pay And Benefits
- £12.71–£14.00 per hour, depending on experience.
