• Role Overview:
• Supporting the delivery of an exceptional shopping experience
• Contributing to a customer-focused, people-led retail environment
• Representing the JD brand professionally on the shop floor
• Supporting store targets and day-to-day operations
• Key Responsibilities:
• Providing high-quality customer service and engaging positively with customers
• Driving sales and exceeding store targets using in-store tools and product knowledge
• Upselling and cross-selling products to maximise sales opportunities
• Processing sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments
• Maintaining high visual merchandising and shop floor standards
• Replenishing stock and ensuring displays are well organised
• Resolving customer queries in a professional manner
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store KPIs
• Supporting other departments when required
• Following all health, safety, and company guidelines
• Role Objectives & KPIs:
• Supporting achievement of monthly sales targets
• Driving KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, and UPT
• Achieving upselling and cross-selling targets
• Maintaining a high Net Promoter Score
• Ensuring shop floor stock is fully replenished
• Skills & Experience:
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence engaging with customers in social settings
• Willingness to learn, develop, and progress within the business
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
