• Hours: 22.5 hours per week
• Salary: £14.49 per hour
• Role Overview:
• Supporting the Store Manager with the daily operational running of the store
• Leading by example to motivate and support the store team
• Helping create a welcoming, fast-paced, and customer-focused retail environment
• Playing a key role in achieving store targets and driving performance
• Key Responsibilities:
• Coaching and mentoring team members to support development and success
• Motivating the team to achieve and exceed store and team targets
• Supporting rotas, payroll budgets, stock loss prevention, and store procedures
• Stepping in to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
• Acting as a key holder, opening and closing the store as required
• Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high standards across the team
• Skills & Experience:
• Experience building relationships, coaching, or mentoring others
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive, motivating approach
• Flexibility to work varied shift patterns
• Previous experience leading a team, or an experienced Sales Advisor ready for progression
• Interest in learning, development, and product knowledge
