ABOUT THE ROLE
• Create a positive and welcoming experience for members during every visit.
• Engage with members on the gym floor.
• Deliver gym inductions and group exercise classes.
• Conduct prospective member tours in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms.
• Maintain high club standards, cleanliness and safety.
• Provide support to members as required.
• Monitor service delivery through performance and member feedback.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage consistently with members on the gym floor.
• Deliver welcoming and informative member inductions.
• Deliver inclusive group exercise classes.
• Conduct club standards checks and accurately record results.
• Maintain high standards of club cleanliness.
• Ensure the club remains safe and compliant with health and safety requirements.
• Monitor service delivery through performance and member feedback.
• Follow company policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
• Support energy efficiency, environmental initiatives and responsible waste management.
• Analyse and present key data to support new ideas, initiatives and developments.
REQUIREMENTS

• Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Ability to adapt communication and engagement styles to different members and colleagues.

• Understanding of the importance of a great member experience.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, members and local communities.
• Level 3 (EQF Level 4) Personal Trainer qualification.
