• Typically 12 hours over 2–3 days
• Additional overtime may be available
• Fully flexible availability required, including holiday and sickness cover
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Provide a friendly and genuine customer experience
• Operate checkouts and handle cash
• Keep shelves fully stocked
• Carry out freshness checks
• Unpack and rotate daily stock deliveries
• Maintain clean and tidy store areas
• Identify and deal with potential hazards
• Assist with merchandising, promotions and special offers
• Support the Store Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager with store operations
REQUIREMENTS
• Can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers
• Responsible and reliable approach
• Flexible attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and varied environment
• Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
• Team player who takes pride in their work
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred but not essential
• Must be fully flexible and able to cover holidays and sickness
• English language required
• Right to work in the UK required
• Able to reliably commute to Sunderland SR3 1EL or relocate before starting
