JOB: Team Leader

Salary: Up to £13.48 per hour
- Full-time position
- Lead the team on shift, setting pace and maintaining standards
- Drive performance to hit targets and deliver strong customer experience
- Support, coach, and develop team members
- Help manage stock, shift planning, and daily operations
- Ensure smooth running of both front and back of house
- Experience managing or leading teams
