- Part-time role (30 hours per week)
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Dust, polish, and vacuum rooms and corridors
- Clean bathrooms and replenish amenities
- Handle guest requests and provide excellent service
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards
- Use and store cleaning equipment correctly
- Follow all health, safety, and security procedures
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork
- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in customer service or similar role
- No supervisory experience required
- No specific licences required
