HOURS
• 30–35 hours per week
ADDITIONAL PAY
• £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays
• £3.50 per hour for night shifts
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Motivate and support the team
• Delegate tasks and solve problems quickly
• Create an environment where colleagues can succeed
• Manage store operations and colleagues when the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager are absent
• Manage freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock
• Ensure shifts run smoothly
• Provide customers with a high-quality shopping experience
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Ability to delegate effectively and motivate colleagues
• Patience and a friendly manner
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proactive and encouraging approach to colleague development
• Passion for playing a key role within the Store Team
