Lloyd Houghton Le Spring Land Rover Service Centre is hiring a Service Advisor to work on a Full-Time basis
• Location: Houghton-le-Spring, DH4 4ND
• Contract: Permanent, full-time
• Salary: £30,000 basic with OTE up to £34,800
• Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30
About the role
• Key member of the Aftersales team at Lloyd Land Rover
• Act as the first point of contact for service customers
• Deliver a professional, prompt and courteous customer experience
• Support customers throughout the service journey, from booking to collection
• Contribute to the overall performance and success of the Service Department
Day-to-day duties
• Deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Advise customers on technical queries and service issues
• Book vehicles in for service and repair work
• Keep customers informed on the progress of their vehicle
• Sell repairs and parts where appropriate
• Finalise invoices on completion of work
Essential skills and experience
• Proactive and motivated approach to customer service
• Strong customer relations experience
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Confident and well-presented communicator
• IT literate, with working knowledge of dealership systems
• Experience using Kerridge is advantageous
