• Role Overview:
• Delivering the premium One Luxe customer experience across L’Oréal Luxe brands
• Acting as a brand ambassador within a busy Boots retail environment
• Providing expert beauty advice tailored to individual customer needs
• Creating engaging in-store experiences that inspire loyalty and drive sales
• Key Responsibilities – Customer Experience:
• Delivering personalised, luxury service to every customer
• Demonstrating products and sharing brand heritage and storytelling
• Providing expert advice on makeup, skincare, and wellness trends
• Building strong, authentic customer relationships in-store and digitally
• Key Responsibilities – Retail Performance:
• Achieving individual and counter sales targets
• Driving repeat business through clienteling and follow-up
• Promoting in-store events, brand activations, and promotions
• Creating and delivering engaging events and animations
• Representing L’Oréal Luxe brands on approved social media platforms
• Key Responsibilities – Operations:
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and merchandising
• Completing daily and weekly administrative tasks using retail systems
• Participating in training to maintain up-to-date product and brand knowledge
• Working collaboratively as part of the wider retail team
• Skills & Attributes:
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup
• Confident in makeup application and product demonstrations
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Trend-aware with an interest in social media and digital engagement
• Organised with good attention to detail and administrative capability
