• Role Overview:
• Working as part of an award-winning cocktail bar team
• Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Crafting high-quality cocktails and drinks to brand standards
• Creating a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for guests
• Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Engaging with customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Washing glassware and cleaning bar surfaces
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately
• Monitoring stock levels and supporting replenishment
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and responsible serving regulations
• Working closely with kitchen and bar team members to ensure smooth service
• Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 1 year bartending experience (required)
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask
• Confident working in a busy, high-pressure environment
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional manner
• Basic numeracy skills for cash handling
