Working Hours: 20 Hours Per Week, Usually Across Five Days Out Of Seven, With Shifts Starting At Either 9am Or 10am. Some Flexibility May Be Required During Busy Periods. Weekend-Only Work And Earlier Starts Can Be Discussed At Interview.
About The Role:
Malmaison Newcastle is looking for a Housekeeper to join its housekeeping team. The successful candidate will help ensure guest bedrooms are cleaned daily and maintained to a high standard.
The role involves working as a Room Attendant, helping create a clean, tidy and welcoming environment for hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean guest bedrooms daily.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Pay attention to detail when preparing rooms for guests.
- Interact with guests professionally.
- Work independently for periods of time.
- Follow training and procedures for the safe use of cleaning equipment and products.
Requirements:
- Conversational English.
- A positive attitude and willingness to make a difference.
- Good attention to detail.
- Sufficient fitness to carry out the physical duties of the role.
- Ability to work independently when required.
Previous experience in a similar role is not essential, and full training will be provided.
