Mill Hill Nursery School is recruiting two full-time Early Years Practitioners on a permanent basis, working all year round.
The roles are Grade 2, £25,583 – £25,989, and are based at Mill Hill Nursery School in Doxford Park (SR3 2PJ), part of the Inspiring Foundations Federation with Houghton Community Nursery School.
Applicants must hold a DfE-validated Level 3 Early Years qualification, have experience working in Early Years, and demonstrate strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS curriculum. The school is seeking outstanding, reflective practitioners with high expectations, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include supporting teaching and learning for children aged 0–5, delivering high-quality Early Years practice, and contributing fully to school life. Enthusiasm, a caring nature and a willingness to go the extra mile are essential.
