About the role
Nissan Sunderland is recruiting Manufacturing Staff to support the production of high-quality vehicles. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role within a world-class manufacturing environment, ideal for reliable and safety-conscious individuals who are keen to learn and develop new skills.
You will be involved in a variety of manufacturing processes and projects, helping to keep the plant operating at the highest standards.

Ability to read and understand work processes
Flexible approach to overtime and job rotation
Confidence to identify and raise concerns
Strong focus on health and safety
Willingness to learn new skills
Applicants must be aged 18 or over and eligible to work in the UK
Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
Training & selection
Comprehensive training programme including off-the-job training
Attendance at assessments at the Sunderland plant is required
Pre-employment drugs and alcohol testing (zero tolerance policy)
