About the venue
The Pin is a brand-new destination at Ramside Hall Hotel, combining premium hospitality with sport and entertainment. The venue includes a 43-bay driving range, indoor bowling, a sports bar with games and pool tables, and multiple dining experiences, set within the grounds of a leading leisure resort close to Durham city centre.
The role
You will be part of the bar team delivering high-quality service so guests enjoy a memorable experience and return. The role involves taking drink orders, serving and mixing beverages, maintaining bar stock, and keeping bar and guest areas clean, safe and welcoming.
What you’ll need
At least one year’s experience in a bar or restaurant environment
Strong customer service, communication and time-management skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced setting, independently and as part of a team
High standards of cleanliness and professionalism
A valid driving licence due to the location
Applicants must be aged 18 or over
