HOURS
8 hours per week, covering gym floor hours to support the development of Personal Training hours.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Nuffield Health is looking for an ambitious and caring Personal Trainer to join its Gosforth Fitness and Wellbeing Centre.
The role involves supporting members with their fitness goals and healthier lifestyles while developing a Personal Training client base.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Connect with and motivate members to achieve their fitness goals
• Support members in maintaining a healthier lifestyle
• Deliver a range of sessions and consultations
• Carry out high-quality inductions
• Deliver Personal Best programmes
• Provide group and personal training sessions
• Carry out general gym duties
• Develop your Personal Training client base and earning potential
REQUIREMENTS
• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
• Current CIMSPA membership at Personal Trainer Practitioner level
• Confident, outgoing and approachable personality
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to understand and explain information effectively
Candidates must provide evidence of the required Level 3 qualification and current CIMSPA membership. Applications cannot progress without these requirements.

ADDITIONAL PAY
Personal Training sessions operate on a sliding scale, with earning potential increasing as more sessions are delivered and a client base is established.
