Store Opening Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 7am–8pm
- Saturday: 7am–6pm
- Sunday: 9am–4pm

About The Role
Screwfix is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join its team in Gateshead. You will help customers find the right products, provide excellent service and support the day-to-day running of the store.
The role offers training and development opportunities, and previous retail experience is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their needs.
- Help customers find suitable products and provide helpful advice.
- Assist with deliveries and maintain stock levels.
- Pick and prepare customer orders.
- Keep the store and warehouse areas organised.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards and deliver excellent customer service.
