Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook handmade pizzas to company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the food preparation area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide friendly customer service and take orders accurately
- Manage stock levels and ensure fresh ingredients are available
- Assist with setting up and dismantling the food stall
- Engage with customers to deliver a positive dining experience
- Work closely with team members during busy service periods
Working Pattern
- Full-time or Part-time
- Permanent position
- Weekend availability required
- Evening work may be required
Requirements
- Previous food preparation experience is essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food, particularly pizza making
- Flexible to work weekends and evenings
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene practices
- Must be aged 18 or over
About The Role
Stack Seaburn is recruiting a Pizza Chef to join its ZZA Pizza Street Food team in Sunderland. The successful candidate will prepare handmade pizzas, deliver excellent customer service, maintain high food safety standards and support the day-to-day operation of the busy street food outlet in a fast-paced environment.
