About The Role
Sunderland Greyhound Stadium is recruiting Casual Tote Assistants to support its race-day operations in Sunderland.
The role involves taking and processing bets from customers, providing information about Tote betting options and handling card transactions accurately. The successful candidate will also provide friendly and professional customer service while working as part of the wider race-night team.
This is a casual position designed to offer flexibility around other commitments. Once registered, successful applicants will be contacted in advance about department-based shifts at race days or hospitality functions. Available work will depend on busy periods and the annual racing calendar.
Candidates must be aged 18 or over and should have good communication skills, basic numeracy and a reliable, professional approach. Flexibility to work weekends and nights is required.
ARC offers competitive rates of pay, flexible working, training and work experience opportunities across different areas of the business, plus up to 10 entrance vouchers for its courses after six months, subject to local terms and conditions.
