About The Role
TCE Cleaning Services is looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaner to help maintain clean, safe and welcoming commercial environments.
The successful candidate will carry out general cleaning duties, use cleaning equipment safely and follow established cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, dust and disinfect surfaces throughout commercial facilities.
- Clean toilets, kitchens and communal areas, including restocking supplies and sanitising fixtures.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers and pressure washers safely.
- Follow cleaning schedules and health and safety procedures.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and follow recycling procedures where applicable.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisors.
- Assist with deep cleans and other specialist cleaning tasks when required.
Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
- Ability to use cleaning machinery safely and efficiently.
- Good time management and the ability to complete tasks within set timeframes.
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting and repetitive tasks.
- Reliability, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Cleaning-related qualifications or certifications are an advantage but are not stated as essential.
