WORKING ARRANGEMENT

ABOUT THE ROLE
• Teach and support pupils with complex needs across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Deliver engaging learning alongside school staff.
• Support individual learning needs.
• Help pupils progress academically, socially and emotionally.
• Work within a supportive school environment.
REQUIREMENTS
• QTS; ECTs are also welcomed to apply.
• Experience teaching or supporting children with complex needs.
• Experience working across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Patient, caring and supportive approach.
• Positive and adaptable attitude.
