ABOUT THE ROLE

• Support the store during the busy festive period.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are in the correct locations.
• Serve customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
• Prepare orders for Click and Collect.
• Help deliver a positive customer experience throughout the festive season.
• Work flexibly across different in-store tasks.

HOURS

• Tesco aims to offer festive colleagues a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week.
• Opportunities may be available from 7.5 hours per week.
• During peak festive weeks, this role may require a 4am start.
• Flexible working arrangements may be discussed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be over 18 to apply.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Friendly and welcoming approach.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers.
• Willingness to take initiative and make decisions that are right for customers.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and well presented.

ADDITIONAL PAY

• £2.35 per hour additional night premium for hours worked between midnight and 6am.
• Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills.
