HOURS

• Usually 7am–9am, finishing before the pub opens at 10am.
• Sunday, Monday and Tuesday mornings.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the premises.
• Ensure the environment is tidy, safe and welcoming for customers and staff.
• Complete cleaning duties before the pub opens.
• Duties will be explained if successful.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sweeping, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces.
• Maintaining cleanliness of restrooms and communal areas.
• Disposing of waste responsibly and following recycling procedures.
• Restocking soap, paper towels and toilet roll.
• Reporting maintenance issues or hazards to management.
• Following health and safety guidelines.
• Using cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication skills in English to understand instructions.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
