Working Pattern

• Mixture of:
  • Opening shifts
  • Mid-day shifts
  • Closing shifts
• Must be flexible across the week.
• Includes:
  • At least two evening shifts.
  • At least one weekend shift.
• Availability required for either:
  • Friday after 6pm,
  • Any Saturday shift,
  • Or Sunday shifts.
• Specific availability can be discussed during interview.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Provide friendly and helpful service to customers.
• Assist customers with enquiries and purchases.
• Create a welcoming and positive store environment.
• Deliver high standards of customer care.

Store Operations

• Support day-to-day store activities.
• Assist with stock replenishment.
• Help maintain store presentation and cleanliness.
• Work across different areas of the store as required.

Teamwork

• Work closely with colleagues to achieve store goals.
• Support a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Adapt to changing priorities during busy trading periods.
