Role Summary

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store during assigned shifts.
• Leads colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and operational performance.
• Ensures store standards are maintained at all times.
• Supports delivery of business objectives and retail targets.
• Acts as a key point of leadership when opening, operating and closing the store.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate colleagues during shifts.
• Set clear expectations and role model company values.
• Provide coaching and support to team members.
• Assist with people management processes.
• Escalate performance or staffing issues to management when required.

Operational Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for store performance during allocated shifts.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Ensure the store is fully prepared for trading.
• Manage replenishment and stock availability.
• Oversee deliveries and stock processing.
• Handle waste management and markdown activities.
• Support cash office functions.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to all members.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently.
