Key Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen workspaces clean and organised during and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas where required.
• Carry out cleaning duties in accordance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
• Operate plate wash and pot wash machines.
• Clean and maintain dishwashing equipment daily.
• Assist with stock rotation procedures.
• Store food safely and correctly following food safety regulations.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and appropriately.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety procedures at all times.
