About the Role
- Support the Store Manager with daily store operations
- Lead and motivate a retail team
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor team members
- Drive sales and achieve store targets
- Support rotas, payroll, and stock control
- Step in to manage the store when required
- Act as keyholder (open/close store)
- Lead by example on customer service
Requirements
- Experience leading a team or stepping up from sales advisor
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for retail and customer service
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Interest in learning about products (perfume training provided)
