About the Role
- Work within Children and Families Assessment Teams
- Be first point of contact for children and families
- Deliver safeguarding and support in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake frontline safeguarding work with children and families
- Carry out assessments and build supportive relationships
- Work collaboratively with families and partner agencies
- Promote positive outcomes and informed decision-making
- Contribute to a supportive and high-performing team
Requirements
- Registered with Social Work England
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in children’s safeguarding
- Strong assessment and casework skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to supporting children and families
