About the role
As a Restaurant Team Member, you’ll help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment known for genuine Canadian hospitality. You may be welcoming customers, preparing bakery items, serving food and drinks, or supporting kitchen operations. Energy, positivity, and a customer-first mindset are key.

Key responsibilities
Welcoming customers with a friendly, positive attitude
Providing fast, accurate, and friendly service
Preparing and storing food safely in line with Health & Safety standards
Completing temperature checks and cleaning schedules
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, and service speed
Supporting team goals and restaurant targets
Restocking workstations and maintaining kitchen and operational areas
Following all safety procedures and reporting incidents promptly

Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
