Salary: £10.85–£12.71 Per Hour
Contract: Seasonal
Hours: 13.5 Hours Per Week
Shift Pattern:
- Monday: 3:30pm–8:00pm
- Tuesday: 3:30pm–8:00pm
- Saturday: 3:00pm–7:30pm
About The Role
Victoria’s Secret is recruiting seasonal sales associates to join its team at the Metrocentre in Gateshead for the festive season.
The role involves delivering friendly customer service, helping customers find products and maintaining the store’s presentation in a busy retail environment. Team members may also support checkout areas and process deliveries in the stockroom.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Develop product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Help maintain attractive product displays and store presentation.
- Support checkout operations and stockroom deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- Help create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Requirements
Applicants should have an interest in fashion and retail, a positive attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to learn. Flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team are important.
