Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one counselling sessions
- Carry out triage appointments and make onward referrals where needed
- Work closely with partner agencies
- Maintain high ethical standards in line with the BACP Ethical Framework
- Promote wellbeing through inclusive practice that supports positive outcomes for young people
Working Pattern
- 24 hours per week (or negotiable)

About The Role
Washington Mind is recruiting a Counsellor to join its Young People’s Project. The successful candidate will provide solution-focused counselling for young people, carry out triage appointments, make onward referrals where appropriate and work collaboratively with partner agencies while maintaining high ethical standards.
