🔹 JOB: Customer Sales Advisor (Inbound – Retentions)
🏢 Employer: Brook Street (on behalf of Domestic & General)
📍 Location: Fully Remote (UK Mainland Only)
💷 Salary: £24,500 basic + average bonus £8,400 (OTE approx. £32,900)
🕒 Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week (rotational shifts between 8am–8pm, Mon–Sat)
📄 Contract: Permanent
📅 Start Date: 2 February 2026

✅ Role Snapshot
- Inbound sales role within the Retentions team
- Speaking to customers renewing or cancelling appliance plans
- Building rapport, understanding needs, and upselling protection products
- 5 weeks’ paid training (first 2 weeks Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:30)
- Immediate interviews available
🎯 Experience Needed
- 1+ year targeted sales experience (last 3 years)
- Confident phone manner with strong persuasion skills
- Customer-focused, resilient, and target-driven
